We currently deliver to the whole of the UK
We also deliver to some countries in the rest of the world. However, we don't yet offer these on our website so please contact us via phone or email for these delivery rates and to place your order.

NOTICE - We are not currently offering Next Day delivery.
We use a number of different couriers to deliver your order, these include Royal Mail and Evri.
If you have any special delivery requirements, please enter these at checkout. We will let the courier know your request but cannot guarantee they will carry it out.
When a tracked delivery service is used, you will receive an email and/or text message containing the tracking details after your order has been dispatched. In this case, a signature will need to be provided on delivery.
Although, we cannot guarantee your order will arrive within the delivery estimate given, we choose our couriers based on reliability and price. We do not make any profit on the postage and packaging price that we charge to you and are always looking for ways to decrease the amount that you pay for delivery, without compromising on the delivery service.
In the event that your order does not arrive in the estimated time, please contact us so we can investigate further.
Before returning your order, please contact us so we can provide you with the returns address, and in the case of a fault, the best resolution.
Whether you got a bit click happy or just changed your mind, we are happy to give you a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 28 days of the purchase date. We will refund the original price of the order including standard postage. If you paid for upgraded postage, this will not be refunded. We ask that the goods are returned in the original packaging and packed well to ensure they arrive safely.
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
As we are a young business, we are unable to contribute towards the cost of returning your order but will happily point you in the direction of some great reliable and low-cost couriers. However, in the unlikely event that your order is faulty, we will refund the cost of the return postage.
Please use a tracked service when sending your order back. Tracked services usually provide you with compensation if your package goes missing. We also ask that you keep any receipts related to the return until you have received confirmation of delivery from us.
If you find that an item is missing or faulty, please contact us within 5 working days. The earlier you contact us, the easier it will be for us to solve the issue promptly.
Once your return has been received a refund will be issued to the original method of payment and should clear within 5 working days. If after 5 working days you cannot see the refund on your bank statement, please contact us.
