Welcome to the Gifts for Animal Lovers blog!

My name is Sarah and I am the co-owner of Gifts For Animal Lovers with my partner Luke.

This is me doing what I do best, look ridiculous.

I am not sure what I am trying to achieve in this photo but hey ho this is as normal as I am going to get.

We are both passionate about animals and the environment so with the help of the Princes Trust, in September 2015 we launched Hippie Pets. We originally focused on pet products and some animal related gifts.

In the new year and after a few months of trading, we decided to adjust our focus onto animal themed gifts and the idea of donating a proportion of every sale to animal charities. With this, we decided to rename, relaunch and make a new website to reflect our new brand. 6 months later, Gifts for Animal Lovers has arrived!

Gifts For Animal Lovers is devoted to providing you with beautiful gifts that feature animals both big and small. We stock a lovely range of animal themed items including homeware, jewellery, stationery, accessories and a good selection of Fair Trade products (to see our full range please use the menus provided).

We love animals and that's why a proportion of every sale is donated to an animal charity. On checkout, you will be given the opportunity to select from 3 charities that the proportion of your sale will be donated to. The charities available to choose from are Born Free, League Against Cruel Sports and the Marine Conservation Society. Don't worry, it won't cost you a penny more.

As we are a fairly new business we can't yet offer all the products that we would like to, so will be adding more every month. This includes gifts for men and an increased number of categories. Don't forget to come back!
